CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (continued)
4. Only one entry per person permitted.
5. Entrants must retain their original store receipt as proof of purchase.
6. The best entry, as determined by the judges’ in their absolute discretion, will win a game of tennis with Pat Rafter for a period of two hours. The winner must be available to be in Melbourne on 25/9/06 from 12pm – 3pm. Should the winner be from interstate, 2 economy class flights to Melbourne will be provided. Transfers from and to Melbourne Airport will be provided. Transfers to and from departing airport will not be provided. Prize is valued at $10,000.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in the event that the scheduled game of tennis is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
8. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
9. Winner will be notified by mail.
